MANY OF THESE LISTS WILL BE SOMEWHAT INTERCHANGEABLE, SUCH AS THOSE FOR UBLOCK AND ADGUARD AND BRAVE SHIELDS
—You can also easily change them with excel, such as adding 0.0.0.0 or removing it before the entire list. Seeing the different lists already will give you a template of how to format it or to create custom lists. Alternatively, write a script (even ai chats can do it for you now). AdBlock Plus

If you see something like (uBlock/Adblock +) at the end of a link, it means it works with both and it is duplicated in the list with the other (so you know not to add twice).
